This is the Dream Machine. I couldn't believe all the things it can do. It has an app called Dreammapper on android. It tells me how long I sleep and how I sleep. It also sends data back to the Baptist Sleep Center so they can see how I am doing. It is so quiet that my husband had to check on me several times that first night to make sure I was still breathing. My old machine apparently was loud even though I never heard a thing. I sleep so well with it. The only thing I need to do is adjust the humidifier because I don't like get drowned by water up my nose when I turn over. Condensation accumulates in the hose. I got to check into that.
I didn't record anything on day 1 because I didn't see the point. So here is day 2.
